Default Arnold- No regrets about Steroid use

http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=535077

This was one of those "out of left field" questions thrown at him during an interview taped for ABC News "This Week". The interview briefly touched on his association with the Arnold Classic, and how he does not like the huge bodys in Body Building and likes a slimmer build.

Over all Arnold handled the entire interview very well. I dont know what kind of preparation he had but George Stephanopoulos could not fluster him.

Yeah I saw that too, I'm glad Arnold didn't sell out. He defnitely feels just like all of us about AAS, but he obviously has to be cautious about what he says.

I'm not sure about his justification that AAS were "legal" at the time so it was a completely different story. As far as I know they were illegal without a valid prescription. Granted, they were not controlled substances and their nonmedical use was basically decriminalized.

But the statement about AAS being "legal" is misleading and not completely factual.
