Take 1/2 and you should be fine. 50mg does seem like a lot.

I took 20mg of th real lilly original and it is FAR too much i had painful hard ons for 48 hours and seriously was going to go to the doctors. Priapism can permamently damage your dick

yep the prescription comes in 10mg and 20mg....why take more? like ronin says if you have a stiffy for more than 4 hours go to the hospital
