Death in the Family

Just wanted to let you guys know that one of your meso bros (URBADSIDE) stepped up big time this week to help my woman and I with the unexpected death of her sister this past weekend.

There is always a bunch of fucking around on this board and hilarious shit, but it is great to see bros ban together when shit hits the fan.

Saturday morning I awoke to hear my woman (National figure champ thread) screaming that her sister had passed away early in the a.m. unexpectedly. As they were extremely close it killed me to watch such a warrior suffer in sorrow all week.

As I own a gym I knew it was going to be tough for me to keep the place up and going during the wake and funeral. Later that day URBADSIDE showed up at my house after saying he drove several hours like a maniac to get here.

Unreal, he helped me out at the gym, and gave money for my woman to buy her sister's swath for the coffin. He did not take no for an answer. I always bump him for being a great source, but damn bros this was above and beyond.

Tonight bros tell your kids you love them, call your parents and thank them for putting up with your shit, and tell your brothers and sisters what they mean to you, because you might not see them when you wake up.

I KNOW THIS SOUNDS CHEESY BUT AFTER ALL THAT'S HAPPENED TO US THIS WEEK I JUST WANTED TO SHARE THAT WITH SOME HARD CORE MOTHERFUCKERS.

Yes...G-head and i have met....i have had the privilege to undergo some of his training and coaching and it was and is awesome....

He did all of this for free of charge.,,,.i never forgot it....when i heard the news...i hooked up with him and tried to console his woman....she was so sad and distraught; i have a passion and a tender heart for seeing a woman cry, a child crying....from the loss of their mother, or in my case.....

i was only 4 years old....i ran inside to take a nap and i saw my grandmother laying on her bed.....so i snuggled beside her......i woke up and went outside and was telling everyone that grandma wont wake up....

She had shot herself hours ago.....our mother told us years ago that she had terminal brain cancer and was not going to suffer....

Whenever i pass away....i want to come back as grandmas tears....what better than to originate in her heart, live in her eyes, and die on her cheeks.....


I know this is mushy....but it brought memories....of something that happened several years ago and i can still see that 10 year old boy recently walking around the neighborhood......crying b/c he lost his mother, not knowing what to say or do, how to feel or speak.....but rest easy....b/c if you need ANYTHING for the family...G-head....
