Ebay non payers

Hi gents,

I hope everyone is having a nice day. Anyways, I put on Ebay a couple of season tickets and this guy bid over $800 on them. I am cooperative with him and give him a couple of days to arrange payment. On Sunday morning, he said he would be paying using Paypal that day. A few days goes by and no payment. I send a couple of nice emails the following Tuesday and Wednesday and he says he will take care of it. So Friday, one week after the auction ended, I call this guy politely asking him when and how was he going to pay for his tickets. He starts stuterring and says theres a problem and that he found a ticket cheaper with another auction. I asked him if he is aware that this is a binding contract and he says yes he does, but indicates he probably won't pay. This guy sounded like a skinny little bitch by the way when I talked to him.

Therefore I move forward with Ebay procedures when somebody doesn't pay. In the mean time, this cocky mother fucker is sending these little arrogant notes to me, telling me to get a life and that I am a moron. This fucker lives in the Woodlands, about a 4 hour drive from me and I have his address and I am soooo tempted to drive down there and kick his little bitch ass!

Another plan to confront him at the games he is at. The little fucking loser bought 1 season ticket to the game. I guess he has no friends and I know where he is sitting. IF I make it down to one of the games, I just might pay him a visit and kick the ever living shit out of him. However I don't think it's worth it to get arrested so I probably won't. I might put a brick through his window or being prank calling him in about a month but I don't know what to do.

Does Ebay have any right to enforce this non payment? They haven't done dick so far and this little shit said he contracted a lawyer and said I cannot do anything. Is this true?

Fucker came to my house to get it, then offered me less..... when I said no. He says oh I dont want it then.....
Took like 5 people to hold me back....

I just had to relist it.....

guy only send one... auctions the other one off to someone else after my dad paid....

yet another story. My dad bought a $600 spray gun for his auto body shop... shit dont work... ebay aint doing shit about it.... had to book a flight to GA to deal with it....

you should have a legal case of some sort ... the bid is supposed to be alegally binding contract. you should ask meso memeber mark kerr ... i dont know what kind of law he does, but he should be pretty well versed in this stuff also. good luck bro.

Nothing is binding on ebay, why all the scammer don't go there is beyond me, last time I used ebay, i was taken for one once gold coin, turns out he scammed hundreds for 100 of thousands of $ and he's still walking free, oh the postal inspectors and fbi are on his cause, but he's still free and that happened years ago, scammed under these names, BullionOne and Nicmac Quarters. Ebay is a joke stay away!

ebay is a marketplace for shit products, but if you need something low in cost that you can't get anywhere else, it's great. i'm sure you all know to always look into a seller's ebay rating, if they've had problems in the past chances are you'll have a problem. make sure they have hundreds or thousands of buyer comments and don't buy unless rating percentage is high 90's or 100. personally i've never had a problem, i may at some point. last thing i bought from e-bay was a power cord for a Dell laptop that has been out of production for 3 years. can't find it anywhere else, and i had one at my door in 2 days for $20. that's what ebay's good for..

Not only did this fucker not pay, but he is now leaving negative feedback for me! Do you believe this piece of shit! I think a road trip to the game is in order. I know where he is sitting. Fucking asshole.

I would be lying if I said the thought never crossed my mind to beat his ass and teach him a serious lesson not to jack with people and more importantly, not to taunt people behind his computer like some god damn coward.
