Not the most comprehensive story ever told. Lots of peices missing, clots in his left leg and gangrene in his calf. One could only deduce that he was injecting with a needle he got from the dump and created an abcess. He was using D-bol and Deca. He was told to quit boxing due to blood clots in his legs. They interviewed a Doctor regarding AAS usage but never asked the responsible questions with regard to why this happened to this individual and is this common. As Don Henley so eloquently put it "...Put the widow on the set we need dirty laundry...". Good news about AAS won't create a powerful viewing audience. I don't mean to belittle what happened to this gentleman, he lost his legs and I feel for his loss. But he only has himself to blame, not the steriods. His actions caused his problems. I'll stop ranting, and look for the reporters email address. |

Hazelton testified to a Congressional Committee when they were debating the new steroid act that just passed. He claims his AAS use caused him to lose his legs and all kinds of other crap from what I remember. It's funny, though, that they did not get one steroid expert to testify, but rather these idiots with sob stories. I felt so bad for him I wanted to give him both of my legs........straight up his ass. I posted the link to this on here a while back, I'll try to dig it up later.
