first time need help - MESO-Rx

I am 28 years old its my first time i am going to try tren ace and prop need all the help i can get step by step please i been on here reading for the past couple days but it is still kind of confusing to me i am about 5 '' 11 150 ibs. I was told to use .5 ml of both every other day. but i need help with pct and all the rest.

Dude, trust me when I say.......Go eat lots of food, train real hard and get the most out of yourself natty.....5' 11 150 I don't want to sound like an ass, but that does not even sound healthy!!

i dont understand do you mean cause im young or just being that it is first time just want get bigger and ripped i am a great shape i train in mma i race dirt bikes but i can get much bigger than 160 and cant get ripped i really strong for my size just want something more i guess.fell free to let me no what you think.
