I am fucking pissed the fuck off bro's things just dont get any better, my fucking home insurance is going belly up, thats fucking right, bank ruptcy, now I may be out off all my fucking repaire cash, I paid for all the repaires out of my own pocket all my fucking savings GONE for this shit, the fucking adjuster came out and did everythig and said I would be getting a check in about 3 weeks, well its 4 weeks and I get a fucking letter in mail today saying thte are having money problems, what the fuck this is fucking bullshit, I swear if I dont get any fucking cash I will go fucking bonkers and I will start taking matters in my own hands, i dont fucking care anymore, sorry to go on but i dont think I have ever been this fucking pissed off in my adult life, If you have American Superior insurance, I am sorry but your fucked,

call the insurance commision in florida to see what your options are.not real sure what the bankrupt laws are down there,especialy on insurance companies.you may be intitled some monatary retribution???better give it a try than to just let it go.

I agree with Maxx, the insurance commision should be your next step. I am sure that alot of Insurance companies will be using Bankruptcy as a way to get out of paying for the damages from the hurricanes.

also bro the bankrupcy leaves you in the same boat as those who never had insurance at all....which, i believe, makes you eligible to receive FEMA aid. definitely look into that as well.

well I took day off today and went to my insurance agent who set me up with this fucking cracker jack company and I told them I wa not leaving there office until the came up with a solution for my situation, I told them they had 2 options 1 was to get my money from the company 2 they had to pay me, I have never seen 8 peaople in a office work as hard as they did to find answers, i told them I would post a article in every newspaper I could about how there agency set me up with a fucking bullshit company, and I would tell all my customers about them also, If I lost money from them they would loose money from me, it all ads up, best advertisement is WORD OF MOUTH PERIOD! well things may be looking in my favor, I might just continue to use this agency.
