going to get a massage

I was thinking about getting a therapeutic massage, has anyone had one? how do you feel after? I know they are pretty damn exspensive 75. for 1 hour, she better do wonders for that amount of cash. I had a few done in thailand a few years back, but I was not lifting heave then and I didnt have a injury, thanks for the input

If you want a good massage that doesnt cost a fortune, find a massage school in your area. Find a student close to graduating and that has to get their hours in. Prices at the school around me are like $25/hr for the students.

my girlfriend went to massage school and gives me a massage every night it's amazing for the back. i've found i feel a lot better when i'm consistent with it. if you are going to get a massage, get one every day every day for a couple weeks.

also rambo, check w/ your insurance - if you have an established back problem, which you obviously do, your insurance should pick it up.

lmfao, the extra is the "full release" at the end. i'd say its worth it can't go wrong with a nice relaxing weiner massage
