Default Hernia questions??
Hey guys I went to doctor and was told I have a hernia. It protrudes out of my naval area. I hear this is a minor surgery but was wondering on how long it takes to heal enough to start working out again?? thanks for any help...cLeRks

I had three umbilical hernia repairs. Give it 4 weeks to heal. Take Test to speed the healing process.

LMAO I have had 5 hernias and they suck! I have one right now that makes #6 give it 4 weeks bro, no sooner
