Cool hey everyone
I have recently started posting (again!!) I used to be a senior member and mod on another board (posting under another handle) a few years ago, mainly relating to training theory and the occasional gear related post.

I stopped posting due to lack of time/nothing really to say / need to input anymore.

The board seems a lot quiter these days I recently re-acquired net access again so I thought I would join the pary!!

My areas of expertise are strength, conditioning, hypertrophy training, pharmacology. Hope I can be of service to you

BTW. "parry" has two "r's" and means to deflect or ward off a thrust or blow.

yeah my old handle was a bit too camp. was always asking for trouble with that one, especially with the likes of freaky freddy floating around (dont even think of starting anything in that!!! LOL!)
