It is pretty easy. I have never used Money gram to send money but I have used Western Union a bunch of times. Just fill out your name in the senders section (doesn't have to be your real name), your address, the amount that you want to send then the receivers information. Usually with the receivers information you just put down the first and last name, name of city and state or province and that is it. Usually receivers will ask that you not send a secret question and answer and no id option so they can just pick up the money by giving them the MTC number and the name. Then you can use the MTC number to make sure the receiver picked up the money. That is about it.
