Well shit if you're doing cardio to burn fat (which would be 99.9% of the world population) you're heart rate shouldn't be getting past the point where you have to breath through your mouth. If you get your HR to the point of a heart attack you've gone WAY past that point.
As far as the OP: there are many ways to go about taking
clen, you just have to experiment with what works best. I've done 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, right now I fancy 1 week on 1 week off, but I know people who do 2 days on 1 day off. With me I don't feel anything under 80mcg so that's where I start. But definately start with 40mcg and feel it out. What I will suggest is increasing your potassium intake and supplementing L-Taurine 5-10g a day to help out the ticker.
