Default Humlbed by the 130s

The 130lbs dumbells got me over the weekend. I hit the 110s for 10, so i just knew i was about to hit the 130s. I got them up and then my arms fell as if i were doing flys. Does anyone know how much weight that would have been on the bench with a bar?

some people are stronger with dumbells some stronger with the bar..i do the 110s for 6 on the incline but only 225 for 6-8 with the barbell which i dont think adds up...ive seen guys bench 275 on incline and struggle with 110s.....everyones different..

i think it depends on what you train most with... i know a guy in my gym not really a friend just a guy, was doin like 200 on bench, went to DBs for like 6 months, got up to like i dont remmeber what number, but alot higher added up then 200 on a bench, and then like months later went back to benching and couldnt do a set of 200 anymore... just becuas ehis body wasnt used to it anymore...

When your fucking weak it don't mean nothing what you do. Dumbells, barbells, whatever. YOur fucking weak. Capische goumba? So go break out that bullworker, from your youth, and the colored rubber bands so you dont hurt yuour sorry ass.

I do flat with barbell and incline with dumbells for a few weeks and then switch to the dumbells on flat and barbell on incline just because they are different.
