the insert is removable and a big mass of silicone, you clean it by taking it out and rinsing it in hot water

There is a screw down bottom to the casing which you screw tighter for more suction - on full it feels like a strong blow job

They are definitely worth buying, i would get the super tight version one with bumps or waves inside - mine is just normal inside but i will get another insert

Putting your dick in doesnt feel weird, if you warm the insert in hot water first it feels pretty close to a very tight pussy. The entrance isnt hard enough to penetrate and not the same as an asshole
