I really fucked up this time..

I ate half a box of Fiber One cereal last night to cap off my refeed day. I'm not sure what a serving size of that cereal is, but one serving had 14grams of fiber out of 42 total carbs. Needless to say, I'll be making more trips to the lil boys room like the one I just had...spackle everywhere.

lol... aaaah the waxing the joys of the scatological... i can't even have a bowl of raisin bran, which has only half the fiber, without dropping half my bowel into the bowl. lol that shit is only for chicks and senior citizens... lol

but i feel ya deadguy. this weekend i got a damn stomach virus. it came on saturday afternoon and, unfortunately, it's still with my ass... non-stop high-volume shit, in the beginning anyway. haven't eaten too much in the past 48 hours as eating just seems to fuel the fire. bad stuff. i'm already down 5lbs as of this morning. taking some stuff to stop the shits and it's kind of working. i has something similar happen to me around thanksgiving but i had that for a full week. hope this goes soon so i can get on with hst. starting the 5's tomorrow!!!

I have had this type of mud-blowing happen to me twice...and the first time was a trip to Mexico where I picked up an Amoeba. I swear I had a faucet of feces running wide ass open every hour on the hour for 4 weeks straight. The second time was when I ate two packs of the sugar free sugar wafers, with that sorbitol. Fellas, don't take that stuff lightly,...it will fuck your insides up. Problem with overshitting is the hemmies that could follow.
