And you sure as shit shouldn't be given stuff like medical care from MY tax dollars. Fuck, I can't even go into a hospital and get treatment for free and I fucking belong to this coutry.

If I were to get sick, get an ouchie or for whatever reason need to go to the emergency room now that I'm unemployed and without insurance, I'd receive an enormous bill that would cause me to file bankruptcy and fuck up my life for 7 years.

If Paco or Habib goes, as an illegal, they are provided with free care that I pay for....whenever I have a job and am paying taxes.

I've all but given up on our politicians doing anything about this. I can deal with the jobs that are lost. i cant however ignore the impact on the healthcare and school systems. Hospitals are closing in border states since they cant turn anyone away and schools are forced to teach the illegal's kids english. I a buddy of mine is contracted to work for hospitals doing "patient communication." He says these people know to say that they dont have anything. No job, money, credit card, identification, permanent address, etc. Of course my buddy sees nothing wrong with this. He is hispanic and still has family in Mexico.

Another thing I think needs immediate changing:

Right now, if an illegal gets across the border and pops out a kid, the kid is automatically an American. Not only that, but its unlikely that the mom will be sent home since she cant leave the kid, who is, again, an American.

IMO, it needs to be changed to:

Unless you are an American citizen, any kids you pop out are to be considered citizens of whatever country you came from. No citizenship for you means no citizenship for your kid, either.

Well, I live in california and the front page of the news was "Taking to the streets"
Seems that 5,000 local high school (mexican) students flooded the streets in protest to these bills.
They even (get this) jumped into the freeways during rush hour traffic and stopped up the traffic with protests.
It was all over the news yesteday.
You should have heard them, it was sickening. Saying they deserve this and that and this is not fair and that is not fair.
I was shocked how they fucked up the traffic all over in a planned protest to get their illegal point accross.

One person got hit by a car and then they really had to shut things down.

Near me they did shut down a hospital due to going in the red for years running the trauma centers.

As far as immigration goes....I hate it and think every illegal should be forcefully removed from this country. If you want to do it the right way, become a citizen, work hard and contribute to American society, then come on over. If not...then rot in hell.

Beats me how someone in the US could just show up there and say he's got nothing for the US other than bypassing their laws, and he gets a pat on the back and a welfare check.

And you wonder why your country is flooded by illegal lazy immigrants who have nothing for the US other than increase in the crime rate and lower income for the regular yankee joe.

I heard on the radio this morning that Ted Kennedy is proposing a bill that would require any illegal immigrant caught residing in the US to pay a $2,000 fine!!!!
