I've done that before and was fine. You may get a little sore, but it's not too bad. Test E is not a bad inject (not like prop). I'd probably recommend doing quad injections too though.

Post injection massage the injection site in order to disperse the oil so it does not pool in one area and apply a heating pad on low for 10-15 minutes.

Please check your inject site, make sure that it is not red or hot to the touch. if you apply a heating pad to it for 10 min at a time , it should help to alleviate the pain.

Just watch it for redness, heat and expecially if you get a fever.

Hey guy, try using in your quads next time,massage the area after shot,use the heat pad as suggested above,and go do heavy legs in gym that same day..should be ok that way.If you and your "roommate" are too scared to use the gear bet I can find someone who's not !
