A friend of mine told me yesterday that the Good Old Days may be coming to an end very soon. He said on other boards it has been mentioned that China is going to "schedule" AS due to the fact that the 2008 Olympics are in China. The contention is that all the cheap and abundant powders will disappear and the UG lab cottage industry will then collapse and prices will surge. Anyone hear anything to this effect? I hope it's not true....we get enough bad news around here!

well from what I have read(not very much) it seems they wont start really cracking down for a couple of years. Hopefully this gives plenty of notice to the sources to devise new methods of supply

For one, this was supposed to take effect in March. What month is it now? Two, since when have laws stopped the drug trade? Never. In fact, the more laws there are, the more drug trading that goes on since it becomes more profitable.

China only passed it to please the rest of the world. They have no need to start enforcing it until 2008 approaches b/c they really dont give a rats ass IMO. I agree with your second point though

I seriously doubt China gives a rat's ass about enforcing this. If it brings more cash flow into their country they'll do it.
