The recent pics of him shirtless and swimming the butterfly stroke in a river are amazing for a 57 yr old man. Most men of that age cannot stay that slim or that ripped without some major help.

for his age, most def. one doesn't need to be cut up to be fit, and current UFC heavyweight champ Brock Lesnar is a good example...he's much less cut up now than as a wrestler, but he's far more fit.

of course Fedor is another great example of a guy who looks out of shape (by fitness mag ztandards) but is far more fit than any bodybuilder.
