 little guys in the gym
Damn im getting sick of these little dudes being able to lift for one year then looking jacked. =) I was working out with this one guy doing dips. I swear his arms looked like they were 20" on his body. I asked him how big his arms were and he said 16" hell I have to get 20" arms just to look as jacked as he did. He was about 5'4 150 lbs. At least us tall guys can carry more weight in the long run
