Default Loss of sensation in the penis

I have over the last few years lost all feelings/ sensations whatsoever in my penis. during either masturbation, oral or full sex it's all the same. it's become very frustration because i enjoy making love with my partner but don't really feel anything.

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks

get off the internet n see a urologist asap. progressive loss of sensation to that extent sounds very serious...beyond the urologist, get a comprehensive full body checkup.

i'd see the dick doctor, urologist. are you by chance addicted to opiates? heroin, painkillers, etc? drug use plays a major role in that one bud.

You can try one time to kamagra jelly
it didnt sound like he had a problem getting an erection, just no feeling.. imo.
