Default New to the board....
Hey guys,

Just wanted to check in and introduce my self. I'm 27 (about to be 28) and have worked out on and off for about 7 years. I got more serious about it 3-4 years ago. Didn't figure out the whole nutrition thing until last year. I've always referred to myself as a 'hard gainer' .

Anywho, I came to learn and share personal experiences and my little bit of knowledge.
