Question non habit-forming sleep aid???

Anyone have any suggestions besides sex? i really dig tylenol PM...shit puts me out fast and i sleep soundly all damn nite. i have a hard time sleeping sometimes without some kind of an aid. i think tylenol PM might be habit forming so i dont wanna become dependant on it. I already got the GF hiding the shit from me. help!

Calcium supplment that you can get at health stores. It won't really make you sleepy but I've noticed I sleep very soundly since I started taking it........11

Benadryl is the same ingredient as in most OTC sleep aids (and whats in Tylenol PM, IIRC).

IMO, I like Ambien the best. You get a good nights rest and wake up normally. When I use benadryl I wake up all groggy and feel hungover.

I would stay away from TylenolPM, Benadryl, and other anti-histamines. The key ingredient is Diphenhydramine HCL which dehydrates you and makes you feel groggy when you wake up. I've never tried Ambien, but I've heard nothing but good things about it.

I don't use it but agree it is the best option as even ambien can be habit forming...I have taken ambien a couple times before though and it put me out and I felt great the next day.

yes that is the ingredient i was trying to think of. ive noticed sometimes when i wake up the next morning if I take Tylenol PM, that i have a slight headache sometimes and i dont have much energy until i get a cup of coffee in me.

any specific brands of melatonin...should i just go to the pharm and ask what they got?

thanks again

non of the stuff menstioned above will work after time, even ambien.

Airborne, are you taking any gear? do you drink? both can be detrimental to sleep..

im in 2nd week of PCT from a 12 week prop/tren/abomb cycle. i sometimes drink but its on the weekends. i mean i can fall asleep, but i seems like i fuckin just lay there for 2 hours before it happens. its like im not tired until 2 or 3 in the AM even if i am up at 5 in the morning.

however, i do fall asleep pretty fast after a good "session" but that just doesnt happen every nite. not with all the family in the house.
