Question Roaccutane

I am 23 years old and a girl - so putting this out there is quite difficult - but I do not know what to do anymore.

I am extremely sensitive about my skin - I only had a few pimpels but my house Doctor knows how I feel about my skin and prescribed Accutane - I used this for 3 weeks - and my skin got horrific - I have switched over to Roaccutane as this is not gerenic and stronger? But now I have small pimpels under my skin and it is NOT going away!!!! I have been using Roaccutane for 6 weeks - I weigh 55 kg's and my Doctor put me on 1x20mg in the morning and 1x10mg in the evening. I also usage Dermalogica face wash, toner, overnight clearing gel and moisturiser - can this be the reason why the pimpels is not going away? Or is my dosage to low?

PLEASE I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF ADVICE

sweety, be careful with the accutane...the side effects are horrible...now a lot of people are gonna disagree with me but ive known a few of my freinds take it and 2 of them were fine with only mild side effects, but the other to got serious health problems from it, my brother in law actually got crohns disease and is now fucked for life and will never enjoy eating a good meal again bc crohns disease is incureable and affects the digestive system.....likei say sum people have no problem but from the few i have seen its not a good choice to me....
