Hey guys,

Long time since I've been around. Been about 8 months probably. I think I left shortly after the board design changed. Anyhow, just seeing how all the old schoolers are doing? I saw a few old names here still. Wondering if Bob Smith, VDC, Para, greyowl, and animalmass are still around amoung others. Anyhow, hope all is well with you guys. Just been busy with personal aspects of my life. Nothing bad. Trying to buy a house real soon and things of that sort. I have been really only hanging out on Mike Strong's board since I am a mod there. Lifting still but not like the old flex use to...lol! Still weighing over 200lb at least but am natural for some time now. Wish I could afford gear but I may very well be done with it. Who knows. Anyhow, I'll check back later with you guys.

same stuff my brother - just lifting and working - i've been off the juice since december and only did one other cycle the year prior but saying fit thats for sure, i feel great just enjoying life..

put the funeral off as long as you can flex master - opps did i say funeral i meant to say wedding..

Bob, Travel is going good. I work for Ross Perot's company doing their travel. The company is busy for travel. So that is good. Our company just got bought by Carlson Wagonlit Travel.
