let me know what it means. the doctor that went over it with me was a family doc, so not sure if he knows his shit on backs, but here is a brief report, I fell off a truck that is about 5 feet high and I landed on my back, hurt like a bitch, it happend on the 18th of march mri was done on friday 26th, could any of what the report say come from the fall? not sure if it came out ok I had to scan the document as a pic if not give me email will send

MRI LUMBAR SPINE
CLINICAL HISTORY: 34-year-old male with low back pain. No previous study is available
for comparison at this time.
FINDINGS: Lowermost lumbar typc vertebral body on sagittal views will be considered L5 as
numbered on films with grease~,~l. There is loss of disc signal atT1I-T12, T12.Ll and Ll-
L2 levels. No fo~w~erior protn~ic n of disc material or extruded disc is evident at any of the
imaged levels. No sPlnal- stenosis i:s e\ident. Mild anterior wedging ofTll thru Ll vertebral
bodies is seen With mUltiple Scbmorl' s nodes. There are facet joint arthropathic changes evident
to a mild to moderate degree at L5-:~ 1 ,eve! bilaterally.
IMPRESSION:
1. No evidence of focal e~1rI1ded disc or spinal stenosis.
2. Anterior wedging ofTl11'h1U Ll vertebral bodies with multiple Schmorl's nodes. ..
3. Disc desiccation as d~:cribed. .-
4. Facet joint arthropathi(: cbange at LS-S11evel bilaterally as noted.
