Trial coming up soon

Just wanted to let you guys know that my trial for 1 count of possession of anabolic steroids is coming up and I hope you guys wish me luck. My lawyer says that the prosecutors wish to offer probation but I have informed them I will fight charges. I don't know if any of you all read the thread where I talked about the case but it is crazy. The arresting officers only reported 3 syringes filled with Nandrolone Decanoate but didn't report the 2-30mlvials of Test Prop at 100mg per ml, 2-30mlvials of Test Enanthat, 60ml of Mesterolone at 50mg per ml, 60ml Letrozole at 5mg per ml, 30ml vial of Trenbolone Enanthate at 325mg per ml, 2-60ml of Tamoxifen at 25mg per ml and 2-30ml vials of Nandrolone Decanoate at 300mg per ml.

They just reported the three syringes that I wasn't even going to use because they were over 2 years old.

Thanks alot guys for all the support and kind words. Yeah I did talk about it a couple months after I posted bail and everything and didn't really want to talk too much more about it. Honestly I am even surprised that the Prosecutor even decided to go along with this case and bring it to the grand jury. I assume that the grand jury is going to indict me so that is why I am saying my Trial is coming up soon.

I hope that the grand jury doesn't decide to indict and throw out the entire case. I haven't been able to cycle at all since because of some fears among some other reasons and really would like to put this behind me.

same shit happend to me back in 2005. I took that first offence deal but had to do hours and attend a drug class. Feds got me and turned it over to our local drug task force whom three of the guys were buying from me. Anyway those three made out like a champ!!!

I friend of mine got busted for selling to a couple of cops who begged him to sell to them . They said they had a buddy that was real close to making it into the NFL and he just needed this one cycle to help . H e got busted for manufactoring of a non narcotic , possesion , distribution . Came and raided his house , thought he was into meth , coke , heroin .He did 6 months with huber and 6 months on the ankle braclet . And 3 more years on paper . Why are you not taking the probation ? I can't see you getting anythign more than probation even if you did get found guilty for a 1st time possesion offence . Good luck .............

Sorry guys. I have been busy as you guys should know. Okay let me update you guys on a couple of things. First I finally went to arraignment on monday and found out that I have a total of four offenses that I am being accused of by the prosecutors.

Maybe many of you guys don't know the whole story but I wasn't originally arrested on drug possession. I was arrested and the Detective in my case got a search warrant for my home because he claimed I was a bootlegger. That I was bootlegging movies and software programs. I was posting ads on sites like craigslist where I was advertising custom computer builds and was listing off the software and movies available and stated what the price was and it was low.

So that is how the whole thing started. Later while searching my home the cops found a hot plate on the counter, a food scale and ephedrine on the top of my refrigerator. At this time I was already at the jail. So my girlfriends arrive and they ask her if she knew I was bootlegging or not. She tells them no and then they ask her if our apartment was a Meth lab. He assume this because of one bottle of ephedrine and the scale and the hotplate. So while searching through the house the find the stash of anabolic steroids in the laundry room according to the police. So after testing three needles that contained Deca in it the charged me with possession.

I am considering probation but the prosecutor wants me to serve 3 years of probation and enter a alcohol and drug program. The problem is that I feel that I have a good case if I can find the right lawyer. I mean these guys took almost 2 years to finally bring it to a grand jury.

Out of all the things they seized(pertaining to the alleged drugs) I they only tested the syringes that contained Deca and I am only being charged with one count of possession. Also they changed the original charges for the so-called bootlegging. I was accused and charged originally with "Distribution of Copyrighted content" and that was only one count. When the police came they basically seized no evidence of me being a bootlegger so guess what the prosecutors are planning on charging me with now?

3 counts of "Unauthorized reproduction of copyright material" That basically means that I am being accused of making copies of movies I didn't have permission to do. Can you believe that shit. You want to know what those three movies are? The Prestige, Benchwarmers and Click.

Just three movies. They couldn't find any evidence on my computer that I was bootlegging, they didn't find many dvd'r disks or other evidence that I was trying to make a profit off of bootlegging so they are trying to prosecute me for making copies of movies without permission.

Anyway my lawyer sux. I guess she thinks I am stupid or something so she won't even let me ask any questions and even told me she doesn't really want to fight this and that I should just take probation because it would make it easier on both of us.

So I am really considering hard of fighting this. But thanks guys to all of you for the well wishes. My trial is in July so I am working on my case, reading law books, trying to contact lawyers and about to read Legal Muscle by Rick Collins soon.

So what will your defense be on the whopping 3 syringes of deca ? So they were trying to nail you on selling copies of movies that a person now can donwload from some new site for free. I just heard their is a free site now where you can get free movies on your computer. Don't cops have better things to do . They may say 3 years of probation but if you stay clean it could be reduced mine was for my dwi . I got 2 years probation and only served 6 months of it . Seems like a long time for possesion . What are you looking at if you get found guilty ? Did they have a warrant or did your girlfriend let them in and consented for everything that they searched ? It's a big chose to make ..... Keep up posted . Does it effect your job ?
