At what age do you think coleman first juiced?

or any of the pros.

How old do you think they were when they started? And once they started do you think they ever came off?

My guess is they don't come off and Coleman was gifted so probably didn't need to start very young ..

I think I remember reading that Coleman entered his first competition two years after he started lifting or seriously lifting. So I guess around then.

I mean there are some pics of him in Arnold's 2nd Encyclopedia and that was published in 1998. He was big and obviously juicing back then but he wasn't nearly as big as he is now.

So he's at least been on for a good 8+ years.

I believe Ronnie was one of the very, very few ( hell the only one ever) who was natural till he was a top amature.

I don't think it is a standard/definitive age that all bodybuilders use. I mean some probably start as late teenagers and some probably in their mid 20's. I didn't start until my early 20's and I am in my 3rd/4th year now.

i think arnold started when he was 17 or 18 in austria.

It really isnt something to worry about too much.Most of these guys have the kind of genetics that they just blow up when they start training.One of the new pros is called The Gift aka phil heath.He himself admits that a few years ago he was a fan and used to look upto some of the pros who he is now BEATING at shows.Look at Chris Cormier.Nothing more than a drug junkie who loves to get high but he is now a 6 times arnold classic runner up.A lot recreational lifters are more dedicated to bodybuilding than the pros but they simply dont have it in their DNA to get there.Flex wheeler?
