My ip addy pops up on the screen when viewing at least 3 guys posts on this board. How the hell are they doing that? one of them says at the bottom to get a proxy dumb dumb lmao

whats the best program to use to change your IP addy randomly? i'm on a cable connection and currently dont have a proxy.
