when your looking at yourself you think you are a small skinny dude but when others look at you they say holy fuck you are huge bro. I been going to the gym since my back injury doing very light workouts, I started working out with this spanish lady, and she asked me all the time if I am taking anything or have I ever, to me I look small but when I weigh in I am 225, does anyone have the logic behind this, becides you see yourself everyday,

Beause you have an image in your head of what you want to look like and it is a lot bigger, therefore you feel you are skinny.

This same thing wears me out. I was a 180 lbs. Freshman in high school that could not bench 90 lbs. I am now 6' 230 and bench 415. Not setting any records, but not bad considering where I came from. I still see the little weak fat kid when I look in the mirror. People tell me all the time how big I am, and I just don't see it. I fugure it is because I see myself everyday too. I don't really have any other explaination. I refuse to believe that I am some mental case.

I stood beside Ronnie Coleman, shook his hand and had a picture taken with him saturday. I went to see how big he was in person. I will tell you Bro's, he is freakin huge. I was in shock when I saw him. On top of that, he was a good guy too.I have the pictures and need to email them to someone that knows how to post them. I can't seem to get it done from my P.O.S computer. I will try to get that done in the next couple of days.

See this is something I don't understand. I hear a lot of good feedback about Ronnie Coleman, and he's a cop in Texas, I think.
Why does everybody here bash cops? I think you got bad apples and good apples. I've been very lucky I guess, about the cops I've ran into, and met. I don't have any nightmare stories like some guys post on here, and knock on wood hope I never do.
I guess it also has something to do with my physique [a little intimidating to avg peeps] and also the combination of speaking with calmness or friendliness to them.
I wonder if when ronnie retires from bb'ing if he ever runs for sheriff in texas somewhere?
