Default wierdest thing

i just had the wierdest thing happen to me... i was in the weight room and i started feeling like i had a headache, slowly as my workout progressed it got worse and worse untill it was a full blown migrane. i cut my workout short and drove home. on the drive home it kept getting worse, then as soon as i walked in the door to my house i started seeing double and getting dizzy the only thing that i could think to do was go to sleep... so before i even made it to the couch i layed on the floor and passed out for 10 minutes or so. when i woke up i was a little light headed (and still am)but everything else was ok.

this is my 3rd day of my low carb diet and its going well.... can this be the cause? i was really freaked out.

when i did the low carb -shit the same thing happened to me . how many carbs are you on? my guess is to up your carbs a little bit.
