The weed has messed with you man, everything he said was utter nonsense. Funny if your a tech head, but pretty stupid otherwise. It's just a guy making fun of tech jargon, proving you can make anything sound impressive if you use words no one else knows. In this case the words don't even exist, at least not together. Logrithmic casing? Made me laugh, but not too much. It was just 'cute.
