Default Yeah, steroids are killing us, read the headlines.....

Bros,

Look at the headline of the USA today. Obesity set to become the number one cause of preventable death in the US. Isnt that a fucking shame?? Hell, I even read somewhere that by 2020, upwards of 75% of the US population will be obese!!!!!!!!!!!!! That, to me, is a far more important national issue than a select group of Americans who ARE TRYING TO MAKE THEIR BODIES BETTER BY USING AAS! HELL, WE ARE NOT A DRAIN ON THE NATION'S HEALTHCARE SYSTEM. WE ARE NOT HAVING CORONARY HEART DISEASE, ADULT ONSET TYPE II DIABETES, ETC. Man, Bush should have talked about how we are becoming a nation of fat asses in his speech. It disgusts me, Im sorry, I work in an office and day-in, day-out i see the same fat fucks, eating the same processed, High-fat shit and wallowing around in their own fat. Im not saying theyre "bad people", some of them are my friends, but the fact that they knowingly put such bad shit in their bodies, knowing the toll it takes on both their health and appearance, really pisses me off. Then I have to sit there in silence while they chastise athletes for using steroids and how they should all be tested and punished severely. I think perhaps jealousy fuels their hatred of them. Sorry, i just had to vent. Anyone else see this Sad, disturbing headline today?

If we get our meds on the streets the Pharmacy Companies lose money and that can't happen. It's all a big conspiracy. They can talk all the shit they want because we won't stop doing what we want to. Now no more posting about this shit

There's an awful lot more pressing matters for the gov't to concern themselves with than drug use.

The government is corrupt.... There is simply too much power concentrated at the Federal level..

Did you know that ALL substances were LEGAL in the US until about 70 years ago...

Actually, I believe cocaine became outlawed in 1912. Moreover, alcohol was outlawed in the '20s.

Right there with ya Mike. This country is one full of fat asses and unless you are the Governor of California, no politician even discusses this problem.

Glad to hear that some intelligent people here feel the same way. You know, I forgot who posted earlier regarding the pharmaceutical companies, but what was said was EXACTLY true. If the govt, or the pharmaceutical companies who have ALOT of lobby power in DC, are not getting a cut of something which is PROVEN to work or produce results, then they want to outlaw or ban it. Its crap. Look at Ephedra, perfect example. Was an excellent fat burner/energy booster, but was naturally occurring and being sold by supplement companies, not pharmaceutical companies. Hmmm, loook what has happened to it. yeah, the "deaths" helped spur the ban, but I guarantee that the lobbyists in dc helped convince the vote. Then you have...... steroids!!, Which some individuals choose to take in order to better their appearance(hmmmm, like cosmetic surgery, HRT, drugs like Xenical and meridia....alll "LEGAL"), and the government chooses to demonize their use. I am just tired of all this shit being plastered all over the media everyday. When i was doing cardio at the gym today, Several of the tv's were on espn and there was a 15 minute piece on steroids!!!! I was like, huh, ironic, a tv station built around athletes and their performances, and you are chastising steroids???? Those "steroid abusers" make those great plays, awesome catches, crushing tackles, etc. and keep you in your job. sorry, i know this is all over the place but im tired and i am still pisssed off. You know, I would have to say that 98% of us are good, honest, tax-paying, law-abiding(well, except being FELONS for using steroids..oooohhhh)citizens who simply choose to take substances in order to improve our appearance, our performance, or simply make ourselves feel better. We are probably some of the healthiest Americans on this soil, yet fat ass politicians, with all their fucking clogged arteries, fat guts, weak bodies target us and our subculture....hmmmm, perhaps we are a major threat to national security? Dammit! why wasnt i told of this?? hahahah.. later, im tired. I did legs today, then i committed a felony after i took a shot of tren in my ass. My, what a fuckin bad person i am. what a fuckin threat i am to this country. I swear, i am sorry i am contributing to corrupting our society.

Yeah, were felons.... roid raging, drug pushing drug users that are crazy enough to jab needles in our ass for fun....and not only that, we rape and pillage on our off days....

Forget the 340 slob who eats super sized Mcdonalds 3 times a day, smokes two packs a day, and thinks excercise is taking a bath, pulling the plug and fighting the current. I know one woman go got a gastric bypass, paid for by insurance and what does she eat when she gets home????????? TWINKIES!!!!!!!!
FREAKIN TWINKIES!!!!!!! She has a stomache the size of her thumb and chooses that well known health food, TWINKIES for one her limited MEALS!...
NOW HER HAIR IS FALLING OUT BECAUSE SHE IS NOT GETTING ENOUGH PROTIEN!!!!!! GUESS WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE WIG?? The INSURANCE company! The sheer stupidity of people makes me ready to strangle some of them....

Someone posted recently that Blue Cross is no longer paying for gastric bypass. God bless BC/BS for that.

I tell you, its so goddam frustrating that I want to just scream at them "STOP SHOVING THAT SHIT IN YOUR GODDAM PIE-HOLE, YOU FAT FUCK! DONT YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE LITERALLY KILLING YOURSELF?" We are a nation of such instant gratification that I really dont think that some of these poor slobs think that eating that shit and not excercising is that bad for them. See, it doesnt automatically make them feel bad or inhibit their everyday functioning, so i guess it must be ok, huh?
Thank god they are not paying for that surgery anymore. Hell, i remember a short time ago the "Society for Obese Americans" or whatever they are called were actually lobbying to make obesity classified as a disease. Hence, the insurance companies would have to pay up for all their ailments, thus raising everyone's rates across the board to obviously offset this. Man, i should get a fuckin discount from my company since i am in such good shape....how well do you think that suggestion would go over? hahaha, i'd probably bring up the idea to our companies insurance rep, and when i met her she'd probably be a big fucking manatee. She'd give me that loook, you know the one, like "oh, your so fuckin healthy. you bastard" I call that look/response Fat-ass jealousy....i get it quite a bit.
On a related note, i am seriously considering moving to San Diego here in the near future. Beautiful weather, people, fitness-oriented, etc. Anyone from there?
