get a program called
Azureus

download and install, very easy and simple

then goto torrent sites, such as

http://search.suprnova.org
and I think http://www.ircspy.com and http://www.isohunt.com allow you to search on IRC and for Torrents

and search for whatever you want
you want to download files that have a lot of seeds, that means a lot of people are sharing the file
if there are ZERO seeds, dont bother downloading it

you can also search on google too
try typing in
"paris hilton" + "torrent"
and see what happens (btw, i havent done that, i am just guessing it will give you some kind of result)
