You should be safer with an escort,but always use a condom regardless.Some escorts insist on it for BJ's but some dont.Some let you come in their mouth,some don't.The riskis always there with a sex worker.Just be sensible.I know,hard to think straight after some beers and too easy to get complacent.

Anyone who has unprotected sex is liable to have std's. I would not think it rare at all for escort to have aids. HIV is not rare with any human !

With a less than 10% incidence in the entire human population, I'd say that's pretty rare.

HIV is not rare..look at all the cases just in America....are you going to teach your kids it's ok to have unprotected sex because it would be "rare" to catch HIV ?Back to my original point.....you could have sex with the girl next door and catch hiv or any std just as easily as you could with a professional street girl.

Escorts are more sexually active with different people, so their risk is higher than normal people. However they take every precaution, have protected sex and do the occasional HIV test. Therefore I consider them to be less risky than the girl next door.

Basttiaan..think about this...the street whore uses protection and gets checked for stds and hiv.,lets say she has intercourse 1 time daily for 1 year...The girl next door has unprotected sex 50 % of the time and has sex occasionly on the weekends w/ multiple partners....do the math...my point is we can all catch hiv or std's no matter what our profession...it only takes one time.

It IS fucking rare! The amount of incidents in relation to the amount of people in the US is MINISCULE, therefore making it "rare", unless you're now changing the definiton of rare or somethingt.

I've been trying to find some data, but it didn't present itself to my attention immediately, so I'm tired of looking because I'm fat and lazy.

Anyway, I did find a table which stated 500,000 cases in 35 states(circa 2004) and, IIRC, the total for the US is 1million cases. Out of 400 million people, that's pretty fucking rare. In fact, it's .0025% of the population. Pretty insignificant, IMO.

On top of that, your risk rates are significantly less amongst certain segments of the population. While you'll have a higher chance of catching HIV while fucking street walkers, drug addicts, gay men and black people, if you stick to relatively wholesome people who haven't fucked any of the aforementioned, then your risk is pretty negligible.

Interesting facts Grizz..it still does not change the fact of "it only takes one time with the wrong person"....In other words the black male that is higher risk for hiv has anal intercourse with wholesome white girls..you then have anal sex w/ the same wholesome girl....I am anal about this and will argue my point.. I have hepatitis c geno type 1A....contracted it in much the same manner as an hiv victim would....maybe rare but I have it..and it sucks..i am very thankfull it is not hiv...but it still kills..and I am a regular run of the mill white boy....you cannot afford to take chances this day and time w std's bro..you can catch it from a nun if you will..or something as simple as a blood transfusion.....they put me on interferon for 4 months..the shit almost killed me.. I was on my death bed...I still have the virus and do not know what will happen with that in the future..d
