i have done some searchs but come up with zip. i travel a lot and was wondering what the laws are for searchs done by the security people if they find drugs are pins in your luggage? i realize that they are looking for possible explosive and i think they are only to alert the police for that. but what about the other possible stuff they find that is considered illegal but not harmfull to other passangers?

when you travel by air, you pretty much give up any rights to privacy. your luggage and person are subject to any search. no probable cause is required. if security finds something which they believe might be illegal, even if it poses NO danger to passengers (for example, a bag of marijuana), they are totally free to bring the police in and bust you. and they might do that. so don't pack anything that you wouldn't want a cop to see.

Let me give you an example of why you wouldn't want to do this.

I was flying to Boston a few months ago and went through an explosives detector. Well, that thing went nuts and said I and my baggage tested positive for nitroglycerine. Needless to say, I was surprised and they went through EVERYTHING of mine thoroughly, opening my laptop, all my bags, etc.

I insisted I had no nitroglycerine and then they finally asked if I had used any lotion products. Sure enough, I had put some lotion on my hands earlier that morning and the main ingredient was glycerin, which will cause a false alarm for nitroglycerine. That was probably the only time I had put on lotion in the last year, but it caused me to almost miss my flight. To make a long story short, if something random like that happened to you and you had a few bottles of test in your bag you would be arrested. Hopefully you realize this is not a good idea now.

actually, i am going into the field of law and at the top of my class, truthfully i think you would have to be a moron to bring it on a plane because 1. pins can be used as a deady weapon..FYI, the 9/11 hi jackers used box cutters, not too diff from pins..2. if you get caught with illegal substances on a plane, lets say for instance marijuana (which usually is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine, no jail time), it gets bumped from a petty misdemeanor to a full blown federal offense for drug trafficing (punishable by lots of jail time) even if your not carrying the items for distributing, u still get charged with it...dont do it, its an extremely idiotic move..seriously

Some people have claimed to put the pins themselves, just a few, in their checked baggage with their razors and shaving supplies and to keep the syringes somewhere else. That way, if you get caught with syringes without needles you can say you need them as medicine droppers. If, by chance, you get questioned about the needles just say that you use them to poke ingrown hairs. I'm pretty sure there would be no problems if you just put the little syringes in your checked bags with your razors.

Many people have done this but its always a risk, I guess.

I think u can bring pinz only if u have a perscription for them. i wouldnt risk bringing any thing back not even pinz it just look suspecious anyways. and if they see them thell pull u aside and search everything then interrogate u about them

never meant that i was going to carry the stuff on the plane with me. but in my checked luggage the stuff that goes in the cargo hold. you would have to be on some serious drugs to try and carry pins on the plane with me. i travell over 200 days a year so am hardly ever home long enough to stay are even try a cycle. i used to carry gear and pins with me all the time in my checked luggage with out a problem before this 9-11 stuff (damm terriost). i would like to start up on a cycle again but not really wanting to go to a oral cycle but it looks like thats my only option are just stay natural. which sucks because of the amount of hours i put in a day at work and the heavy phisical work i do. the gear would help me recover from that as well as my work outs.

i don't know if this is asking for a source but if it is please disregard.. are there any legal HRT doctors or clinics i could go to. i do remeber at one time these being popular and well advertised but i can't seem to find any on the internet.

Im in a similar situation in that I often travel right in the middle of a cycle. When you travel frequently its impractical to have to stop cycles short constantly and go on pct, so your faced with the decision of whether to bring your gear in you checked bags, or to just not juice at all. Ive risked it more than once before, and even when they put my checked bags through x-ray machines they never told me anything. I dont like to do this and will ussually use whatever tricks I can to conceal it. EX: I had a small supply of a certain quasi legal compounding pharmacy/HRT clinic (RIP) that had what appears to be a valid script bottle for my test and deca (its missing the SCIII sticker and the registration #). If I were to finish this batch and only have other gear available, I could hypothetically suck out all the test or whatever from the obviously illegitimate vial and inject it in to the old vial with the script on it. the big pins could be discreetly packed at the bottom of a pile of slin pins (youll want to have some slin in an ice pack in the luggage to justify that). If they really heavily scrutinize you then youre pretty much screwed, but thats a risk you can either choose to take or not. Chances are they wont even pay any mind to it especially if you have two big huge check in bags with tons of sh#t in there. If they just glance at it they will probably think the HRT bottles are just some random prescription medication. And slin is legal w/out a script in so many states that they are unlikely to give you sh#t for having that and some slin pins as long as your not trying to bring them on the plane. If you cant get the script bottles, another highly pain in the butt option is to get more as soon as you arrive, wich sucks for several reasons. A:if by mail, youd be puting the people to whom you had recieve it for you at serious risk. B:you have to buy alot more gear than you need. C: you may have to leave before you finish the batch you got for the trip, and have to either toss it, leave it at a friends (again putting them at risk) or have the same trouble of flying back with it that you were trying to avoid. The safest and sanest option would obviously be to just not juice when you know youll be traveling soon, but until youve endured the frustration of traveling so frequently that it prevents you from ever having time for a full cycle, you might not understand why people in that situation will so urgently try to persue an alternative to abstinence.
BTW, dea and police are trained to look for the SCIII sticker and reg #, but airport employee's are not, and are not likely to know the difference between the aforementioned clinics script bottles and ones with SCIII and reg #'s.

i agree but disagree. it is a very STUPID idea to take anything illegal on an airplane whether threw the terminal or checkin...BUT airport security is ONLY looking for things that can harm another person or the plane itself IE:needles, ropes, knifes, toe nail clippers. i have a friend who works security and he says you'd be amazed the amounts of drugs they let threw the airport. for instance i had a regular size zip lock bag of vanilla whey shake powder. shit looked straight up like cocaine, but all they did was confinscated my toe nail clippers cause it could be used for a stabbing. i was in awe and i had to pay 5 bucks to have it mailed back to me. i wouldn't put needles or anything in my bag though...or any drug for that matter, but imo they are really just looking for terroist activity and glad that they do it.
