I also work in this area of interest and I can tell you that most PO's test are not looking for anything like this anyways unless your original charge had something to do with this. What I have seen happen is ephedrine set off the Amphetamine Panel on a test. This happened more in years past with cheap dip stick tests. Number 1, I believe they changed the cut off levels several years ago so they would not get the Fasle Positive readings as often, 2, you could always say you took some allergy meds with psuedoephredrine as long as it was a one time thing.
