Is hcg legality the same as AAS?

I ordered 30mg of Arimidex from a lab in India. Clomid too. Is that illegal? Can I get in trouble for that ? I live in Florida.

You said in the men's health forum that you've never used anything...anyways, yes, you could get in trouble for that. I never really understood either why anyone would order ancillaries anywhere but from a research chem place. Legal loopholes are great.

They are not Steroids! I do not think you have any thing to worry about.
If you had a perscription. Perfectly O.K.
Why did you not go to Walgreens or a local Pharmacy?

The legality depends on the country you live in, and if in the USA, then also the state, which may be stricter or more lax than the federal government. Where I live, possession of hCG without a prescription, first offense, has a max of 5 years in jail.

If you are in the USA, you need to look up the laws of your state (should be online). Also read Rick Collin's book "Legal Muscle" if you haven't already. Very interesting, even for someone like me who only uses these things with prescription under the direction of a doctor.

I have never used anything yet. I did order them though, they arrived 3 days ago. Did not use any yet, Im waiting for my lab work to come back. I got them from india because they were one third the price and I did not have a prescription.

Here are my results from my recent blood test on 2/28.

Total testosterone 733 (241-827)
Free testosterone - result not back yet
LH 4.2 (1.5 - 9.3)
FSH 3.8 (1.4 - 18.1)
Prolactin 1.7 (2.1 -17.7)
Estradiol Sensitive results not back yet
SHBG results not back yet

Prolactin is low so I suspect estrogen to be low too. If not, Im going to use the arimidex.

I get a scrip called in from my Dr and I pick my HCG up at the pharmacy.
I doubt I could call my doc and have him get me some test there

I am guessing it is not classed the same but I don't know for sure.

karch, check your sources.....according to legal muscle, hcg is a schedule III controlled substance in the state of california.

he even goes on to say that on the books, it is mispelled HGC.

"chorionic gonadotropin" is schedule III in Minnesota. Might want to search on "chorionic" and not just hCG.

It means that indirectly. The scheduling of controlled substances has to do with laws about their acceptable use (according to the government), whether or not they have to be prescribed, whether or not they are completely banned, etc.

I think you could/should be able to. I did in CO - picked up Test from a regular pharmacy with a prescription.

Interestinly though in CO, although hCG is considered in the same class as anabolic steroids, I can get a years worth of refils for hCG on one prescription, where as I have to get seperate prescriptions for each vial of Test. I was told the latter was 'by law', although it's possible my Doc didn't want to give me access to more Test than I 'need' on my first visit.

It's also interesting to me that these substances are a bit less 'controlled' than I thought they would be. For instance, although I have a prescription that reads 100mg Test/week, my insurance company considers a 10ml 200mg/ml vial to last 70 days. So if I did get a prescription I could refil, or the Doc just refilled when I asked, I'd end up with 4-5 extra vials at the end of the year. Paid for by my insurance.

How did you get the script? Is the doc your friend or, are you just shut down from using it before him. Is it HRT for aging or ??? Id like to get a script for test and hcg and go to walgreens and pick it up. LOL that would be great!!

I imagine in some rare occassions someone can, and sometimes they are arrested for hcg in the mail. But before we get to paranoid let us put this in prespective. In the stories we hear about HCG arrests we never hear about the quanity, I can imagine in the vast majority the quanitywas a big factor in the arrest. Also we don't hear whether the seized package included other materials like 'roids or ancillaries. If we are talking large quanities the "distribution" charge may be worth the bust.

Imagine someone orders 4500 iu of HCG (3 amps + 3 amps activator) 6 amps total, who happens to live in indiana (like someone I know does). Now Indiana's legend act makes possessing this drug without a prescription a crime but not on the same level as other drugs ('roids, marajauna, herion...etc). Its on par with having your aunt May's prescription for gall bladder pills in your possession without a prescription, or recieving cialis from India. A misdemenor if they are not in sufficient quanity to be deemed a "distribution" case.

Now your 6 amps get discovered at one of the customs inspection upon coming into the country (highly unlikely from ancedotal experience). Technically speaking you have not violated indiana's law yet because the ampules have not entered the state. Hell it shouldn't even have your name on it (I hope you weren't that stupid).

So customs can sieze them (which is in all likely all that will happen), or notify you local police agency. Remember your HCG has not violated federal law so the DEA isn't involved. Now your local police department has to arrange a bust when it arrives in your possession. What is the likelyhood that Customs and the Post office will inform your local police agency of 6 amps?

It is theoritically possible, but if you keep your house clean (in case of search), have your package arrive in someone else's name, and keep your order quanities low. I put the odds of being very slim, and the odds of dismissal or deferal very high, if you were to be arrested.

Police like to brag that they "I don't need blank In order to arrest you for this!"
Which is true, but conviction is another matter these guys are used to most cases being plea bargined away or dumbasses talking and making their own cases against th em!
