Pinz - ???

How serious are pinz, if you have them mailed to you from a company within the us. Are they likely to be deemed suspicious, can they do a controlled delivery on just that, it is a misdemeanor right , like parafanalia???

I wouldn't worry too much. I've never heard of anyone getting busted for mail order pins. Laws vary in the US. Here is some info to check out-

Thanks. Well I guess the law is'nt screening mail all day looking for unused, syringes LOL. I feel a little better, ill feel much better when no one busts my door down. I am more scared about the syringes than gear weird.... but ill be fine.

bro..in my 10 yrs of practicing law, I have never seen a control delivery on just pins...I have ordered pins on the internet for over 6 yrs with no problems...first, it is not necessarily illegal to have or ship pins...some states they are legal and some could have prescriptions..so customs, feds and LE really dont care....not for just personal use..

Now if you order a truck load, well, that could be different..

The outfit I use ships by USPS Priority Mail. I think you need a search warrant to open Priority Mail. I have pins, and other necessities shipped to Hawaii all the time. Never had a problem, and believe me, things coming here do get opened to search for drugs.
