| | Who can I get to take my case? In the true American spirit, I wish to file a lawsuit. I'm going to apply for this VP position that I found on Monster. When they turn me down, I'm going to sue them.
I'm going to draw on the legal precedents set by all of the civil service standards that have been set through lawsuits. Because I am unqualified for the job(so "they" say) I should get it. If women who can not physically do the job of a fireman or policeman are legally forced into service through, what I call, the "unqualified law", then so should I. If people who can't even read or do simple mathematics can get a police or fire job specifically because they can't read and write, then I should get this VP job specifically because I'm totally not qualified.
I don't know shit about running a business, but, by god, I can sure fuck off and give orders to my staff with the best of them! Sounds like VP qualifications to me.
So, Karch, whaddaya think? Does it hold water? |

| | | Know anyone who would like to go to trial with it? Technically, it should be a winning case. Plus, it's pretty easy to get a jury to give someone another person's money. |

| | | I once filed a lawsuit against the city when I was fired when I was 16 or 17 years old. My boss was this nasty old hag that loved the cock. I cited sexual harassment and had witnesses and everything. It was more for entertainment than anything...I didn't win being a white male, but it sure was fun. |

So, Karch, whaddaya think? Does it hold water? | first you have to prove you are qualified for the job given their job discription ( I can assure you it aint drinking Jim Beam and fighting in an octagon)..and that they discriminated you based on federal protection..(race,sexual discrimination, sex, handicap, religion..etc....
You have a mountain to climb Grizz..

You have a mountain to climb Grizz.. | I wasn't aware there was a federal protection of being stupid or weak. Seriously, the Armed Service, Fire Protection Agencies and Police Departments have all had to change their hiring criteria/minimum job requirements because a bunch of women complained that they couldn't pass they physical tests. A bunch of spooks complained that they weren't able to score high enough on the written tests to obtain employment(good, we don't need stupid people carrying guns!).
In the end, the courts mandated that the standards needed to be lowered. Neither reason is a federally protected one. In essence, the courts said, "because you are totally unqualified for the job, either through ineptidude or stupidity, you should get it. We will no longer allow "discrimination" based on inability to do the job."
As far as my qualifications go, picture this: It is 10:15 in the morning. I finally stroll into the office. The first thing I do is make 2 hours worth of personal calls. In the first fifteen minutes I'm there, this silly bitch walks in wanting me to solve a problem. DUH, I'm on the phone, okaaay! So, I say to her, "Michelle, here's what you need to do. Call this person. Tell them I'm not here, but I called in and asked you to call them to tell them to do blah, blah, blah. But, before you do that, can you run to the corner store and pick me up a couple of sandwhiches? Don't worry, take the company car. "
Now, it that ain't the most VP of VP you've ever seen, then you know some seriously good VP's. I'm as qualified as they come, my brother. |
