100mg three every three weeks?

I am 48,had no libido for years,I got very emotional on the gel and I asked to have my Estrogen levels checked back in oct last year,Total T was >52.1 nmol/L and oestradiol=242 pmol/L,I suggested some shots.After the shots my T was 23.7 and oestradiol was 168 pmol/L.Since then I have given up TRT and am now at 8.7 nmol/L and oestradiol is "Normal".Please note I live in the uk and it's a joke,I see my Endo in 6 weeks time.I have lost weight with low carbs but still have a big abdomen and not much fat anywhere else.
What can I do next?
