Arimidex is dosed base on Estradiol level.
Do Estradiol Ultrasensitive test at Quest or LabCorp.
You want to be in (25 -30) range.
This is rough range, and may not make you happy all together but will put you close to where you want to be.
Specifically, to find more accurate, personal value, go by behaviour of your pines.

Same goes for dosing of testosterone.
Depending on your SHBG value, you may need more or less.
On average people are within 100-180 mg/week.
It is better to split dose 2/week or even more often.
I do EOD.

Many men use testosterone without good reason.
If her testis are able to produce testosterone, they can use HCG and stimulate testis to produce more.
Often people use HCG in small amounts that keeps size of testis, so they would not shrink.
That small amount is not enough to stimulate production.
Some people are afraid of using larger amounts of HCG fearing leidig cells burnot, that is fairy tale.
Assume that you want to be fertile and follow the official protocol, just skip HMG, most people do not need it even if they are really trying to conceive.
To know that one is secondary (good testis), he needs to know his LH & FSH values pre TRT.
If they are low, one is secondary.
Many people do not have those values.
They can do HCG stimulation test and find out status of their testis.
