Best way to reach Swale?

I was wondering what is the best way to reach Swale? : email, fax

or telephone? I know he is very busy, and I am currently a patient of his.

I have the best luck with e-mail. I think since his return from Bali he has been very busy, I have had trouble getting in touch with him as well.

I've been with SWALE for over a year and my best experience is through email. Normally he gets hundreds of emails each week. Imagine trying to wade through them all every day! Now, add in the fact that he was gone to Bali for two weeks or so. He has a LOT of emails to catch up on. He'll get to you...just be patient. Hell, I sent him an email while he was away too and I'm waiting as well.

Agreed, he's been out of the country for two weeks, and so he's playing catch-up. Email is the best way to reach him, unless you're ordering refills, in which case you fax him the order form. Make sure you use the right fax number, though.

Some guys get through by opening a window, sticking their head out, and yelling really, really loud.
