Dark nipples?

Hey guys, I've been doing TRT for about 2 years now, doing test cream + HCG. It's been great.

Lately (today) my right nipple started itching. When I look closer, I see that the nipple is darkened - it's almost like bruised but I don't see why that would be. It's darkened in the space between the outer edge of the aeriola and the nipple itself. They're not puffy though, and today is the first day they've ever itched.

Does this sound like gyno? Should I have the doc get me a SERM or an AI? Lately I've been using a little more cream than normal but I haven't had the zits, etc. that would tell me that things are going overboard.

It could be gyno, but generally gyno doesn't turn your nips darker. It's probably not a serious problem, BUT I DEFINITELY would get this checked out by a dermatologist, just in case. You shouldn't just ignore stuff like this.

Ok here goes. My ladyfriend had this. She sees Dr Shippen. (I haven't for years) He noticed the problem and told her to increase estrogen. I have absolutely zero idea how this applies to you. However I am fascinated that I have been faced with the darkened nipple topic twice in ten days..

Interesting about the Estrogen idea. The last bloodwork I did had my estrogen and estrodiol in the target range. Who knows. Time for more blood work I suppose.
