Yes take a .5 mg or one half a pill every 3 days I believe wood will come back in less then a week. You will feel better after the 2nd pill if not stop for a week and try again.

You guys are right he should see his tests first I read it wrong. But don't undrestand why his DR. gave him Arimidex without knowing were his E2 was.

The question is: why does testosterone replacement therapy initially work then not work. 1. It would be nice to see the initial lab test results and have one's approximate height and weight. This way, we would know how much testosterone the body was making to begin with, and can make a guess how much will be needed to reach a certain testosterone level. 2. The initial improvement in Testim reflects the additive effects of external testosterone and internally produced testosterone. The great morning erections that occur stem from the higher levels of internally produced testosterone during the morning, plus the additional testosterone replacement dose. 3. The higher total testosterone level, however, results in negative feedback to the hypothalamus, resulting in a reduction in LS and FSH production from the pituitary. This results in a reduction of internally produced testosterone. Depending on the dose of replacement testosterone, erectile dysfunction may result since the total testosterone level may not be sufficient. 4. The higher total testosterone level may also result in a larger amount of testosterone being converted to estrogens (estradiol, estrone). This will depend on how much aromatase enzyme a person has. One factor: the more fat a person has, the more aromatase enzyme he has. The more estrogen, the higher the likelihood of developing erectile dysfunction. 5. The return of erectile dysfunction after starting testosterone replacement therapy has thus two possible causes, both can occur. 6. It would be best to get the follow up lab results first before deciding on the course of treatment. That will involve either increasing the testosterone dose or reducing the estrogen level (via aromatase inhibitor, DIM, etc.). 7. Without blood tests, one can somewhat tell if there is too much estrogen - e.g. more sensitive nipples, enlarged nipples, perhaps more anxiety or insomnia. Without blood tests, one can somewhat tell if there is too little estrogen - e.g. drier skin. But adjustments have more guesswork than if there were follow up labs.

If can mean your E2 went back up in the day Arimidex was to strong for me to keep my E2 in the zone I was doing .25 mgs every 5 days and going to low. Going to low gives me brain fog and morning wood stops the first time I went to low I was low for 4 weeks before we got a test back. I have found the longer I was to low the worse I felt and the longer it took for my E2 to come back up. Once it did come back up it still to a long time from my body to go back to normal. So you need to get in tune with how you feel when your to high or to low. I use my nipples and my red and hot feeling face along with a rash that breaks out in the same spots to tell if I am to high. If I am going to low I lose morning wood first then feel the brain fog. I need to go very high to lose wood. Be careful.
