in between my testicles(not the testicles) i have a slight pain,like a dull pain that kind of makes me feel like i have to urinate. can this be due to my testicles being a bit atrophied as my last shots of hcg were basically expired? its betewwn my testicles towards the bottom,you have tp press with your finger to feel it. its almost where my penis begins. any ideas?
