Let's say your have a good Total T and your free T is in the upper range, which is good. Now your E2 is say 45 range 10-50. That is higher than you would want it to be. Does that mean that you are not getting the benefit of the free T? Little confused on that.

There seems agreement in the lit that it is ratio rather than level on T to E. Still as long as I have enough for brain function, I prefer to keep E at low normal levels, or as close as possible. Someone correct me, is the level not something like 30-1? |
