E2 testing- sensitive vs. "regular"

Would someone give me a good reason to specify the sensitive E2 test rather than the usual E2 test ?
The normal E2 range is 0-44 or so.
My results with the ordinary test came back <20.
That sounds close enought to me.

If your test was 23 you could use that test but <20 how low my last test is 7 to dam low.
