There's been a lot of talk about ratios lately....especially 2ohe/16ohe and T/E2, etc. A couple of questions.............As far as ratios in general, I'm assuming that the items involved in the ratio must be in the same units....which of course they rarely are on lab tests. Is that correct? Also, where does one get 2ohe and 16ohe? I've never seen those items on a lab report.

I asked for a test that SWALE asked if I had 4-OHE and it came back with those results.

I believe that you want your 2/16 ratio to be at least over 2.0.

pmgamer18 - I am pretty sure that the company that is listed in Urinary Labs thread now includes 4-OHE. It may not be listed in the list that is on the site, but I just did a 24-hour urine and I think they had a few new ones listed on the form that I sent in with the sample. If you want to check your 4-OHE levels, you may want to give that a try.
