| |  EV Coconut Oil Recommendation?
I was kind of surprised that the Trader Joes by me doesn't carry coconut oil. I figure I will just order some. Any recommendations?

Have proper nutritrinal evaluatino done, i have taken 3 TbSP of EVCC a day and my EFA profile should over loaded because I could not burn them off due to hormonal imbalances. So please do not just go taking supplements just bc it says on some web site. I have seen numerous cases where fish oils was acutally probably causing hormonal imbalances in people due to metabolic pathway the body takes due to nutrient imbalances. |

I like a little stir fry, etc. once in a while and want to switch to a good oil. My Dr. recommends EV coconut first then EVOO second as a cooking oil.

use macadaemon oil smoke point is 450 degrees. Better then EVOO |

Where would one go to get tests done for things like that? Vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, etc. I'm in SLC, UT if that helps. Thanks |
